1. Definitions

“Company” refers to True Travel Company.

“Client” / “You” refers to the person or entity booking services.

“Services” include tour packages, transportation, accommodations, activities, and related travel arrangements.
2. Booking & Confirmation

Reservation: To reserve a tour, a deposit (typically 20% of the tour cost) is required. Full payment is due no later than 30 days before the tour start date, unless otherwise specified.

Confirmation: Once we receive your deposit and completed booking form, we will send a booking confirmation email with your itinerary and payment schedule.
3. Pricing & Payment

Tour Prices: All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and are based on current currency exchange rates, supplier costs, and group sizes. Prices are subject to change until full payment is received.

Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal. Any bank or transaction fees are the responsibility of the Client.

Late Payments: If full payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain any deposit paid.
4. Cancellation & Refunds

Client Cancellations:

More than 30 days before departure: full refund minus a £100 administration fee.

15–30 days before departure: 50% refund.

Less than 15 days before departure: no refund.

Company Cancellations: If we cancel a tour due to low enrolment or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Force Majeure: Neither party is liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions).
5. Changes to Itinerary

We strive to operate tours as described, but reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the itinerary, accommodations, or service providers when necessary.

Significant changes will be communicated promptly; clients may choose to accept the new arrangements or cancel for a full refund.
6. Client Responsibilities

Passports & Visas: You are responsible for ensuring your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your return date and for obtaining any required visas.

Travel Insurance: Comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, and personal belongings is mandatory for all clients.

Health & Fitness: Clients must be physically able to participate. Inform us of any medical conditions or special needs at booking.
7. Liability

True Travel Company acts as an agent for suppliers (hotels, carriers, guides). We are not liable for their actions, errors, omissions, or negligent acts.

Our maximum aggregate liability for all claims arising under or relating to these Terms is limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the tour.
8. Code of Conduct
Clients must respect local laws, cultures, property, and other travelers. The Company reserves the right to remove any Client whose behavior endangers or disrupts the tour, without refund.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, brochures, and marketing materials (text, images, logos) is owned by True Travel Company and protected by copyright. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
10. Privacy & Data Protection
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By booking, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your personal information as described.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
